The information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and if you want to use it, you do it at your own risk.

We cannot answer medical questions, provide second opinions or make specific recommendations in the healthcare area. Any medical issue should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

Quality Assurance
Services and products published on our site are continuously monitored for quality assurance, however Fempton Institute is not responsible for their accuracy, although we make every reasonably effort to make sure it is. This include but is not limited to: content that may cause any personal damage caused by improper use or our services, products, and any content published on our website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Fempton or through this website will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Brand logos published on this site belong to the respective companies and institutions. Fempton makes no claims of partnership, or to be affiliated in any ways with them unless otherwise specified.

Data and Devices
Fempton and its suppliers, do not warrant that the website or any data, user content, functions, or any other information offered on or through the website will be uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, since these may fall outside our control. By using our website you understand and agree that your use, access, download, or otherwise obtained content, is at your own risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system) or loss of data that results therefrom.

Psychology Tests
Personality tests available on our website are intended as a complementary tool for HCPs (Health Care Professionals) or medical doctors.
By using our website you agree to use them strictly under medical supervision. Fempton is not accountable for any result from these tests, which may negatively affect your life.

Sponsors are individuals who are interested in what we do, and they support us financially without expecting a return.
In other words, a Sponsor is a stakeholder happy to donate funds to support our activities. In return we'll give you access to a special Dashboard where you can see what we've done with your funds. At Fempton we believe in transparency, and your funds will contribute to our annual budget, typically to support the followings areas: Design and development of new courses, Incentives for our staff, R&D of new technologies, and customer care.
Everyone is eligible to become a Sponsor, but please note that sponsorship is not automatic.
Fempton reserves the final decision to accept or decline new sponsors.
You'll also have access to a dedicated form if you need to contact us.

As soon as you Login to our website, you can access your Dashboard and start distributing your coupon to others. Your coupon is unique and when someone buy a course on our website, we link that transaction to you, and we give you 10% to 30% commission depending on the coupon used by the buyer.
For example you share your Coupon with Paul, and George. If any of them buy a course, they enter your coupon at checkout. They get a discount, and you get a commission. In your Dashboard you can check all transactions , so you know if anyone used your Coupons, and how much you earned. To allow our administration to process the orders we pay you in 45 days from the date of transaction, and we credit the amount to your PayPal account.
Agent's commission may change with time. If that happens we'll notify in your Dashboard.

Premium Content
This content is provided by reputed institutions and universities worldwide, and according to their license. The respective copyright remain with these institutions at all time. Premium content can be found as part of the Research Library, or in the Classroom. As we update the Library and our courses, this content may also be updated. Note that displaying this content is exclusively at Fempton discretion, and dependent on its availability.

Customer Support
Support is defined as after-sales service provided by Fempton Open Path Institute, and relates to user queries, products or services that can be downloaded from our site, and content published on our website. Services, including media content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Support is intended as bidirectional, this means that unless the user raise a claim with us, they will not receive an answer from us. Also to receive technical support the user must share the information required for our Team to understand and provide a suitable solution. Without this collaboration, we cannot provide customer support to the end user.

Support is offered at no additional charge for subscribers, and the Helpdesk service is available on some Memberships (Plans). You can compare the available Plans on our website. The subscription limits the support to one domain. Any follow up and replies are between Fempton Institute and the subscriber and will not be extended to 3rd parties. You are solely responsible for the information you provide to us. Any other means of communication are not supported.

Your subscription will be activated after we receive your payment. Although payments are usually done almost instantly, in the event that our payment gateway do not accept your transaction, we cannot be held responsible. Any transaction and related inquiries are under the effect of the respective payment gateway Terms & Conditions.

Support Limitations
Support is offered in English, Monday to Friday (UK timezone), excluding bank holidays, and is limited to:

• Help and advice regarding our courses and services;
• Non-documented issues in our website.

We provide a dedicated Tutor when you enroll in our courses, but this doesn't means that the tutor is personal, or only following you. Tutors are shared across the Institute, and they dedicate their time to you, as well as to other users, according to the workload. This is structured in the same way as in a traditional faculty where a teacher is assigned to one class, though he may also follow up other classes and students.


Support does not include:

Browser issues. Our website is tested with several browsers and although it should work on all major browsers, we support:

• Mozilla Firefox
• Opera (which is based on Chrome).

We do not support any other browsers, including Internet Explorer and Edge, although we make all possible efforts to keep our code compatible with all browsers in the market. We do not support you for issues related to viruses or malware that may be installed on your device.

If you find a bug in our website, you are welcome to report it using any of the available methods of communication. We do not provide the following:

• Alteration or modifications of our products or services, in order to meet your needs.
• Remote assistance
• Support for downtime, or malfunctioning of the website due to the hosting provider, or network issues beyond our control.

Support Period
Fempton Institute will not provide support, or access to our services, beyond the validity of your subscription. You will need to renew your subscription, if you want to continue to access our services. Fempton Institute may stop providing support for "end of life" products or services as the content evolves in the market. We usually reply within 1 or 2 business days.

Use of the Subscription
Subscriptions are linked to an individual or a company and cannot be shared or transferred. Breaching this policy may result in termination of support or your subscription.

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Fempton Institute. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of the products or services, modified or unmodified. All products and services are property of Fempton Institute unless otherwise specified. In no event shall our juridical person or any of our staff members be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products and services. Subscription expiration implies the termination of the support, update and other download specific services.

Product Updates
Our services are designed to be used with the latest technologies, but we can give no guarantee, that these services will run with future versions of your browser. For instance we're not liable for any damage, malfunctioning, downtime, or data loss of our website in case of software upgrades, including PHP versions, implemented by our hosting provider.

Fempton Support Policies may be updated from time to time, and are subject to change at our discretion. Even though this Support Policy is effective for subscribers only, we reserve the right to apply all or any part of it to non-subscribers too.

Subscribers may use any of the endorsed methods of communication to address any issues related to software versions. During the subscription time, we do not guarantee any new updates nor do we provide any deadlines for our updates. However, we commit on providing a good service to our subscribers, and we will do our best to ensure that our products and services are up to date.

Online Visits
Our practitioners may offer online consultations through our booking system.
These consultations are informative and will not replace medical advice.
Subscribers are required to visit a medical doctor if they need to treat health conditions.
By using our website you agree not to hold Fempton liable for any loss, or damage of any kind that you or anyone may have incurred after discussing your case with us.


Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your service if the support policy is violated or in case of misbehaviour, falsehood spread on social networks, blogs, or gross misconduct. We reserve to prosecute the bisbehaviour as per the law. In the event of the termination of service, you will not receive support or updates from us.

We give and expect common courtesy and respect during the application of the support policy. Any offensive language will not be tolerated. In case of gross misconduct Fempton Institute reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice.


Refund Policy
Fempton Institute do not offer refunds for purchased products or services. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software licenses and content can be easily duplicated. Under no circumstances Fempton Institute will provide refunds based on "your service is not what I need". Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund.

Although we're happy to fix and resolve any issues reported by our users, we do not offer refunds for minor technical issues, or those issues who do not prevent you to access our courses or that pose a major impediment to your learning journey.

If you are unsure of a specific feature, please ask a presale question or read the product documentation. For all other issues that don't fall into the categories above, please contact our billing department using our Helpdesk.

Device Access (2FA)
In order to limit the SPAM and provide trusted access to our website, we have adopted the 2FA policy (2 Factors Authentication) as many other companies already do (eg. Google, Amazon).
Our 2FA-plugin is automated and will check if you're logging from the same device (browser). If not, it will send an email to verify your identity. The email contains an authentication link that you need to click, and this process will occur only the first time you login from a new device.
You can login from as many devices as you need, but our plugin will remember only the latest 3. If you login from another device ( eg. the 4th one), then the plugin will send again another authentication email to you and the 3rd login will be overwritten.
Note that the authentication link expires in 5 mins, so you need to click it before it expires. You can try to authenticate your account up to 3 times. If that fails, then your account will be disabled, and you'll need to wait the next day, in order to start over again the authentication process.

System Errors
In the event that our website may generate errors, we'll investigate the root cause of the problem. Please note that such errors may also be triggered by the following, or other conditions, including :

• Viruses or Malware resident in your PC
• Unsupported Browser
• Poor network connectivity
• Technical issues related with your device

Fempton cannot be held responsible for any of the above, or similar issues.

TOS Updates
We may update this document over time, and it's up to the user to periodically access this document and check it. If you've any questions about it, our Team will be happy to discuss and clarify.
